Who Are we?

Tommy Walsh (right) founded Shroom Bar in 2024 with a simple idea: make functional mushrooms accessible, effective, and actually enjoyable.

Ryan Tongue (left) joined in 2025 to help scale the vision.

The two met at the University of Utah in 2021, bonding over a shared obsession with growth, discipline, and becoming better every day. Now, they’re on a mission to bring the power of adaptogenic mushrooms into people’s routines — without the stigma, without the fluff, and without sacrificing taste.

A Note from the founder

I was downing mushroom powders for focus. Crushing protein bars for fuel. One helped my brain, the other fed my body—but juggling both was annoying.

So I combined them.

Shroom Bar started as my daily shortcut. Now it’s a brand for people who go hard—fighters, builders, creatives, anyone doing cool sh*t and needing fuel that actually works.
